Laundry Room Before & After

If there’s a room I spend a lot of time in, I can’t help but make it a place where I want to be.  With our family of 5, I’m typically up to my ears in laundry.  And since we’ve been rained on for the past two days we’ve been spending A LOT of time indoors.  Spring cleaning and a good chunk of my laundry?Done. Today.  Of course I had to take a few pictures because we now know that a clean room is pretty short-lived around here 😉 So before I get to the fruits of my labor, let’s just take a peek back at where we began.  Here is a pic of the wall on the opposite side of the washer and dryer:

If you haven’t been to our house before, you have to pass through the laundry to get to the bathroom, so I was hoping to get some kind of furniture in there to “hide” the clothes a bit.  Off to my favorite cheapo depot furniture resource I went: Craigslist.  Found a deal on an entertainment center and the wheels started turning:

Ok they don’t look like much here – but bear with me.  A little paint, a pole, some shelves a teensy bit of imagination and….
